When you send a project inquiry, we collect your name, email address, message, and any organization or service interest you choose to provide. We use these details to respond and discuss your project.

When you request a free PDF, we collect your email address, the resource you requested, and a record of your agreement to a follow-up email. We use this information to provide the resource and send the related follow-up described beside the form.

Site analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and how people use the site. It may collect page views, interactions, approximate location, and browser or device information. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish visits. A successful inquiry sends a generate_lead event; the inquiry message, name, and email are not included in that event. If you request a PDF, we set a short-lived, secure cookie that lets your browser download that resource for one hour. You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.

Where information goes

Netlify hosts this website, processes form submissions, and sends submission notifications. We use email services to receive and answer messages. Google processes website analytics information. We do not sell the information you submit through the forms.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry and resource-request records for follow-up and business records. You can email hello@wearecommonmaterial.com to ask what we have about you or request deletion. We will review the request and respond, subject to any records we need to retain.

You can browse the site without submitting a form. If this notice changes, we will update the date above.
